Bernice is a Stage 2 Masters of Wine student, and a wine judge for various international wine competitions including the IWC and IWSC. She was a WSET Level 4 Diploma holder awarded with a scholarship by Concha y Toro. As captain of her team they took 1st place in the 2016 Hong Kong International Top Tasters Competition. Other wine certifications include Certified Sommelier – Court of Master Sommeliers, French Wine Scholar (Highest Hons.), Italian Wine Ambassador and Barossa Master Educator.
