  I create bespoke dinners for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries…) and casual gatherings amongst friends and families. I can work with a restaurant but I typically partner with a private kitchen or a chef in the kitchen of your home to create an experience with your favorite cuisine/ a theme/ with the freshest ingredients from the market with the best wine, sake and spirit pairing customised to your liking.
