Wine Education
There are a whole host of avenues and ways to learn about wine!
Discover the art of wine
-
Formal Tasting
Whether it’s training for the on trade – a wine business or restaurant; or a tasting event with a group of wine aficionados; or colleagues and clients in the work context, I can create a bespoke tasting event to your liking.
Prior events include a comparative tasting of the different quality levels in Côte d’Or, Burgundy and blind tastings of wines from different wine regions made from the same grape.
-
Casual Tasting
This is the best avenue for couples, family and friends who want to be more informed about their favourite tipple or broaden their palate or knowledge in the world of wines. We can make this as fun as you like and it can still be educational at the same time! This is the perfect gift for a birthday or an anniversary!
Prior events include a casual wine tasting lunch for family members keen to learn more about broad differences between wines from the old and new world, and a two day tasting seminar for a couple before they engage in compiling a fine wine collection.

Private Tuition
Whether you are a wine student whose working towards a wine exam or someone in the trade who wants some ongoing supplemental training (I have worked with chefs too!), I am happy to create a program (theory and/or tastings) conducted in English, Cantonese or Mandarin around your timeline to achieve your objectives.
